ELECTRIC POTENTIAL MEASURING APPARATUS AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the capacitance value of a feedback section of a transimpedance circuit using an operational amplifier to be set with a high controllability in an electric potential measuring apparatus.

SOLUTION: The electric potential measuring apparatus comprises a capacitance changing means 301 for changing the electrostatic capacitance between a surface 201 of an object under measurement and a detection electrode 101 and a detection means for detecting the amount of charge electrostatically induced to the detection electrode 101 by the capacitance changing means 301. The detection means includes a voltage-current conversion circuit by the transimpedance circuit using the operational amplifier 104. A resistance element 105 and a capacitance element 106 of the transimpedance circuit allow their exposed electrode parts to be connected to a wire 103 and are arranged on a substrate 102 holding the detection electrode 101.
