<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user efficiently use a theme park attraction. <P>SOLUTION: A receiving section 101 receives information for an attraction designated by the user (designated attraction) of a plurality of attractions provided in a theme park. A creation section 102 creates, upon receipt of information for the designated attraction by the receiving section 101, reservation information to which a reservation time of the designated attraction is assigned. A transmission section 103 transmits the created reservation information to a communication terminal 120 of the user. A reservation time period acquisition part 104 acquires a reservation time period of the designated attraction. A waiting time acquisition section 105 acquires waiting times of other attractions except the designated attraction.
