DRIED FOOD CONTAINING LACTOBACILLUS SPOROGENES DERIVED FROM FERMENTED FOOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new dried food containing living lactic acid bacteria by using Lactobacillus sporogenes derived from fermented food even while including a heating process needed in a processed food production process.

SOLUTION: This dried food is obtained by killing unsanitary microorganisms such as colon bacillus group by minimum heat sterilization in a processed food production process using fermented food as a raw material while leaving Lactobacillus sporogenes derived from the fermented food. The fermented food can be fermented tea.
