摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a flat and filmy face structure even when viewed microscopically when a colloidal crystal having the crystal orientation other than ä111} orientation, a filmy particulate structure and a filmy cyclic structure (an inverse structure) are formed. SOLUTION: The colloidal crystal is formed by packing a dispersion of a spherical and monodisperse fine particle in the space interposed between transparent substrates 713, 713a each having a concave-convex shape to be repeated in a fixed cycle on the surface. The filmy particulate structure is obtained by removing a dispersion medium from the formed colloidal crystal. The transparent substrate is formed of a transparent material having the same refractive index and a flat surface and another transparent material which has the same refractive index and the surface of which is formed into a concave-convex shape. The concave-convex shape to be repeated in the fixed cycle on the surface of the transparent substrate is composed of columnar projections arrayed regularly. The columnar projections arrayed regularly are formed on the surface of another substrate, which is then transferred to the transparent substrate to form columnar projections on the surface of the transparent substrate.
