PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform accurately a user of a car entering a round-about of a road of a target outlet of the user without adding a special hardware. SOLUTION: The navigation is performed as follows: diameter information of the round-about is calculated based on map data in a map data storage part 2; the car direction is calculated based on direction information acquired from a gyro sensor 12; a mileage is calculated based on a car speed pulse 13; the car position in the round-about is calculated based thereon (step S4); a determination is made with regard to whether the next outlet is a route or not (step S8); and in the case of 'No', a guidance "Go out from the X-th outlet" is generated (step S9); and in the case of 'Yes', a guidance "Go out from the next outlet" is generated (step S10).
