PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a feed-forward amplifier for achieving reduction in a group delay time of a principal amplifier and an error amplifier. SOLUTION: A circuit 1 or an element having a negative group delay time is pre-provided or post-provided to at least one of the principal amplifier 4 forming a distortion extracting unit or the error amplifier 2 forming a distortion canceling unit. As the circuit 1 having a negative group delay time, at least one of the circuit (A) including a negative group delay time wherein a series resonance circuit 8 using a capacitor, an inductor, and a resistor is connected in parallel to a signal line and this resonance circuit is resonated at the frequency near the predetermined frequency and the circuit (B) including a negative group delay time wherein a parallel resonance circuit using a capacitor, an inductor, and a resistor is cascade-connected to a signal line and the resonance circuit is resonated at the frequency near the predetermined frequency is used.
