<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase recognition accuracy in recognizing handwritten graphics and characters, by combining them with voice inputs. <P>SOLUTION: Graphic recognition of a given object acquires graphic candidates, and voice recognition of input speech information acquires graphic candidates.
