PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating electronic part with a push-button switch which can be miniaturized and easily assembled and to provide its assembling method. SOLUTION: The rotating electronic part 10 changing electrical output of a circuit pattern 153 of a first circuit board 150 by rotating a rotary knob 20 is mounted on a base 60, and the base 60 is vertically movably mounted on a fitting base 90. The rotary knob 20 is pressed in a radial direction from right above for lowering the whole rotating electronic part 10 including the base 60 against the fitting base 90 to press the switch 180 of the second circuit board 170 with the pressing part 73. The first circuit board 150 and the second circuit board 170 are integrally formed in a flexible circuit board 140 through a connecting part 160. A switch insertion part 113 is provided in the fitting base 90, and a switch 180 of the second circuit board 170 is slid and inserted in a switch insertion part 113 with a mounting board 190 so that the switch 180 is placed in a position facing the pressing part 73.
