In the estimated running cost calculations, performance data is used to calculate running cost estimates. The no-maintenance action total cost estimate is calculated from the first running cost estimate, and the maintenance or other action total cost estimate value is calculated from the second running cost estimate and the maintenance or other action cost data. The new-equipment installation total cost estimate is calculated from the third running cost estimate and the new-equipment installation cost data. In the output, the no-maintenance action total cost estimate, the maintenance or other action total cost estimate, and the new-equipment installation total cost estimate are output.
