The invention relates to polymer-modified metal nanoparticles suited for use as UV stabilizers in polymers, which can be obtained by a method during which, in one step a): an inverse emulsion, which contains one or more water-soluble precursors for the nanoparticles or a melt, is produced with the aid of a statistical copolymer consisting of at least one monomer with hydrophobic radicals and of at least one monomer with hydrophilic radicals, and in a step b): particles are created. The invention also relates to the use of these nanoparticles for producing polymer preparations. |
