A roller type ink head cleaning apparatus is provided to remove a cleaning solvent at a high speed by using evaporation by the centrifugal force and heating. A roller type ink head cleaning apparatus includes a cylindrical rotation roller(110), a cleaning pad(120), a rotation motor(140), a heater(130), and a solvent housing(150). The cylindrical rotation roller is rotatably installed. The cleaning pad is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotation roller. The rotation motor rotates the rotation roller at a high speed by manipulation of a user. The heater is embedded in the rotation roller. The heater provides heat to the cleaning pad of the rotation roller. The solvent housing is installed on the lower side of the rotation roller and a cleaning solvent is filled in the solvent housing. A hot wind fan is installed on the outer side of the rotation roller to inject heated air.
