<p>The printing unit (5) has a frame (15) and printing groups. The groups have respective blanket cylinders (9A, 9B) and plate cylinders (11A, 11B). A support mechanism (13) supports and displaces the cylinders so that the unit has a throw-on position and a throw-off position. The mechanism has two assemblies (17) with a control system (51) comprising jacks (53, 55). The mechanism (13) has a return system (27) to return a mass of the cylinder (9A) towards the cylinder (9B) and vice-versa so that the cylinders (9A, 9B) form mutual counterweights during passage of the unit between the positions.</p> |
