Method involves representation of measured value (1to5) of the manufactured parts (11) by a test criterion whereby, it is decided whether the measured value lies within a given set value range. The measured value above the set value range is analyzed by means of reference data; as a result of analysis a prognosis (24) is determined. The test criterion is fulfilled by predetermination of the manufactured parts.
