The device has a base unit (2) with bushes (16) that are perpendicular to a base. A supporting bar (20) is accommodated in the bushes to hold storing platforms (40). An outer cross section of the bars, fits to an interior of the bushes. A centering unit is designed within a lower end of each bush for interaction with an upper end of the bush. Another centering unit is designed for interaction with an upper end of the bar.
