<p>The present invention comprises a substantially rigid container (10) having wheels (12), a first handle (14), two major surfaces (18) spaced apart from one another by two minor surfaces and first (21) and second (22) ends, one of the minor surfaces comprising a door (24). The two major surfaces (18), the two minor surfaces and the first (21) and second (22) end define an internal space. The apparatus further comprises a kit of parts for constructing a tent, the kit of parts comprising a separate wall (52), groundsheet (58), roof (48), at least four horizontal poles and at least four vertical poles (66). The wall of the tent is substantially rectangular in shape and has at least four pole-engaging portions. The vertical poles extend to a length longer than a shortest side of the wall and the groundsheet (58) includes at least four apertures (56) through which the vertical poles may pass. The container is adapted to carry the kit of parts when disassembled.</p> |
