<p>Biological treatment applicable for the bacterial bioremediation of aquatic ecosystems and urban and industrial effluents for the proper digestion of organic matter and nutrients, which is the methodological procedure for the preparation and application of a bacterial inoculum with water from the aquatic medium to treat. It consists in taking water from the medium to treat and put it into a non-metallic, opaque reactor recipient, to which the hydrolysed protein is added; this mixture is re-circulated for 10 minutes and then iron, cobalt, zinc, nickel and molybdenum are added as trace elements. Finally, the lyophilised biological product of anaerobic, facultative and aerobic bacteria is added with a concentration of 7x10 9 cfu/gram, with their enzymes, and it is re-circulated for at least 30 minutes, after which it is ready for application to the substrate to treat by diffusion of the bacterial inoculum thus prepared into the substrate.</p> |
