PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell power generating facility feeding no nitrogen gas or no exhaust gas to storage container, requiring no nitrogen gas as a utility, requiring no facility such as a condenser or a KO drum, capable of preheating the air fed to a fuel cell without an air preheater, capable of suppressing the differential pressure between the container and the fuel cell to a small value with an allowable value without using a control device such as a pressure adjusting valve regardless of the plant normal operation or emergency shutdown, not affected by a power stoppage or a voltage fluctuation, and capable of controlling the differential pressure with essentially high reliability. SOLUTION: A fuel cell 4, a reformer 3 and a combustor 5 for the reformer 3 are stored in the same storage container 12, pressurized air A is guided into the storage container 12, and the air A is guided into the cathode inlet of the fuel cell 4 via the storage container 12. Part of the high-temperature exhaust gas going out from the reformer 3 is recirculated to the cathode inlet of the fuel cell 4 without heat-exchanging with another fluid, and the remainder is guided into a turbine compressor. |
