PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for fuel cell system which shortens the time for warming up by making the restriction of electric power generated by the fuel cell as small as possible, by preventing the lowering of the voltage of respective cells when starting the fuel cell left in the normal temperature. SOLUTION: A standard target driving point calculation part 122 calculates a standard target flow volume and pressure of fuel gas and oxidizing gas depending on the targeted power generation volume of the fuel cell. A fluctuation judging part 125 judges the degree of the voltage fluctuation of respective cells (or serially connected cell groups) detected by a voltage detecting part 124. A target correcting part 121 corrects the standard target flow volume and/or the standard target pressure of the fuel gas and the oxidizing gas toward increase, corresponding with the fluctuation. |
