<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging container for pressed sushi ingredients usable as a disposable forming tool for pressed sushi, and enabling easily making pressed sushi at home. <P>SOLUTION: This packaging container for pressed sushi ingredients has a container main body 1 whose inside is formed in a pressed sushi ingredient holding space 10 whose upper opening part is wholly opened and formed, a covering body 2 attached to the container main body so as to block the upper opening part of the container main body, and a board member 3a formed in a shape almost the same as that of the upper opening part of the container main body and held in the holding space. The container main body is formed as a disposable forming box with the holding space in which pressed sushi ingredients and boiled rice are filled.
