An unmanned monitoring control method and device of a facility are provided to directly connect internal information to the internet and exchange information with a manager without support of an external computer by embedding an intelligent algorism. An unmanned monitoring control device(201) of a facility learns and stores collected information data, calculates an optimal operation value, compares and analyzes present information and data information on the basis of the operation value, and monitors the facility by giving a measure management execution command, inspecting and checking the result, informing a manager of the result through a wire/wireless telephone in the synthesized voice, transmitting a message, and sending an emergency call. An unmanned monitoring control method monitors and controls electricity, a fire, water tanks, security, and elevators by an integrated circuit structure of parts instead of a card or module method and manages the input and output of the unmanned monitoring control device through an interlocking system by a pre-defined algorism.
