An electronic apparatus and a power circuit are provided to reduce the switching loss of an inverter unit by having higher or lower control voltage output to the inverter unit than a predetermined reference voltage. An electronic apparatus includes a power supply unit(70), an inverter unit(50), and a control voltage supply unit(30). The power supply unit(70) supplies a load(90) with driving power. The inverter(50) controls the driving power. A control voltage supply unit(30) controls the inverter unit(50) by outputting first and second control voltages. The first control voltage is lower than a reference voltage applied on one end of the inverter unit(50). The second control voltage is higher than the reference voltage.
