An apparatus and a method for manufacturing a both-sided bonding polymer thin film sheet are provided to prevent generation of thermal deformation of a both-sided bonding tape by providing a composition which can be hardened at a temperature of below 150 degrees. An apparatus for manufacturing a both-sided bonding polymer thin film sheet includes an extruder, a dice, a compressor, a tape supplier, and a heater. The extruder transfers a thin film sheet composition to the dice. The dice forms a sheet of the composition. The compressor compresses one surface of the sheet with a both-sided bonding tape. The taper supplier supplies the both-sided bonding tape to the compressor. The heater heats and hardens the sheet. A pair of first and second compression rollers(31,32) are rotatably mounted to an upper portion of a compressor body(34) through a support frame(33). First and second transfer guide rollers(35,36) for guiding a sheet formed through the dice are mounted at both sides of the support frame. A guide roller(37) is mounted at a lower portion of the first transfer guide roller to guide the both-sided bonding tape supplied from the tape supplier between the first and second compression rollers.
