A cosmetic composition for skin immunity increase and skin moisturizing comprising the fermented extracts of sprouts is provided to increase skin immunity and moisturize the skin, and apply into the skin showing contact hypersensitivity by skin sensitization. The cosmetic composition for skin immunity increase and skin moisturizing comprises the fermented extracts of sprouts, wherein the fermented extracts of sprouts are prepared by inoculating yeast into young sprouts of kale(Brassia oleracea L. var. acephala D), broccoli(Brassica oleracea italica), alfalfa(Medicago sativa L.), Brassica oleracea var. capitata f. rubra, Brassica campestris var. narinosa and Fagopyrum esculentum Moench and fermenting them, and extracting the fermented mixture with distilled water, ethanol, hydrous ethanol, butyleneglycol, hydrous butyleneglycol, propyleneglycol or hydrous propyleneglycol. The cosmetic composition is formulated as lotion, nutritive lotion, nutritive cream, massage cream, nutritive essence, sunscreen lotion or sunscreen cream, and the amount of the fermented extracts of sprouts is 0.01-5.0%(w/v) based on the total dry weight of the composition.
