A main reinforcing bar assembly integrated with a slab and a wall constructing spacer, and a reinforcing bar distributing method for constructing the slab and the wall by the main reinforcing bar assembly integrated with the spacer are provided to preclude the reinforcing bars from being exposed by fixing the reinforcing bars at the right position even if hardening the slab layer. A reinforcing bar distributing method for constructing a slab and a wall by a main reinforcing bar assembly integrated with a spacer is composed of a main reinforcing bar assembly placing step of installing the first setting end at the lower side, placing the main reinforcing bar assemblies with a predetermined interval, and separating the main direction fixing main reinforcing bars with a predetermined interval; a first lower secondary reinforcing bar placing step of orthogonally placing the first lower second reinforcing bars to the main direction fixing main reinforcing bars; a step of horizontally placing the second upper main reinforcing bar on the second setting end; and a step of placing the third upper secondary reinforcing bar on the second upper main reinforcing bars.
