An environment-friendly label and sticker sheet production system is provided to prevent environment pollution and to be harmless for human bodies by applying non-solvent silicon. An environment-friendly label and sticker sheet production system is composed of a rear sheet unwinder unit(20) unwinding a wound rear sheet; a non-solvent silicon coater unit(30) coating one surface of the rear sheet with non-solvent silicon; a transfer roller unit(40) transferring the rear sheet coated with the non-solvent silicon; a dehumidifier unit(50) supplying moisture to prevent the rear sheet from being distorted; a soluble adhesive agent coating unit(60) continuously applying a soluble adhesive agent on one surface coated with the non-solvent silicon, on the rear sheet passing through the dehumidifier unit; a drying and transferring roller unit(70) transferring the rear sheet with drying; a front sheet unwinder unit(80) feeding a front sheet to be laminated with the rear sheet having passed through the drying and transferring roller unit; and a lamination unit(90) transferring the solution adhesive agent of the rear sheet to the front sheet by laminating the rear and front sheets. All the units are in-line. |
