A prefabricated ondol system is provided to make construction easy and to shorten a period of construction by assembling horizontal supporting-fixing members all over at a level using leg assemblies, placing a prefabricated base assembly on the horizontal supporting-fixing members, installing a heat medium passage structure on the prefabricated base assembly and spreading a surface finishing member, to increase heating efficiency by making a cover and a surface finishing member with materials having high heat conductivity and to have sufficient strength at the leveled state using leg assemblies and horizontal supporting-fixing members. The prefabricated ondol system comprises a leg assembly(1) installed on a foundation floor to have height regulating and sound absorbing functions, a horizontal supporting-fixing member(3) coupled with the leg assembly by inserting a thread part of the leg assembly to a fastening hole(42) of a bracket(32), spaced out from the foundation floor to function as an intermediate support and to keep strongly at a level and assembled with a base bracket, a prefabricated base assembly(5) installed on the upper part of the horizontal supporting-fixing member to have a heat medium passage structure(7) and composed of many units(50) having partition grooves(52,54) and a level(56) to secure the horizontal construction of the horizontal supporting-fixing member and the prefabricated base assembly, and a surface finishing member(9) located on the upper parts of the prefabricated base assembly and the heat medium passage structure and installed closely to the heat medium passage structure. The heat medium passage structure is formed by forming retreated grooves(72) on both lower parts of the partition grooves, forming retreated parts(74) on both upper parts of the partition groove and coupling a cover(80) having a downward projection(82), both extensions(84) and a center(86) on the upper part, hereon an airtight packing(76) is installed only in the retreated grooves and the extensions are coupled with the prefabricated base assembly. |
