A chuck tape easily and stably manufacturable, capable of developing excellent adhesive strength irrespective of the type of the sealant layer (innermost layer) of a base film forming a bag body, and having the excellent shapability of a clamping part in manufacturing the chuck tape and a packaging bag with the chuck tape. The chuck tape (1) comprises a male member (11) and a female member (12). Band-like base parts (13) forming the chuck tape (1) comprise seal parts (14) and base body parts (15). A resin forming the base body parts (15) has a melting point higher than that of a resin forming the seal parts (14), and the resin forming the seal parts (14) contains a metallocene-based straight chain low-density polyethylene with a density of 920 kg/m3 or less and a melt flow rate of 5.0 g/10 min. or less by 50 wt.% or more. ® KIPO & WIPO 2007
