The inner spindle is connected with the screw, and the screw is pivotally connected with the hollow generator, which can move with respect to the housing of the working member in the direction of the longitudinal axis. According to the second version, the inner spindle is provide with a drive for setting the spindle in rotation, and outer spindle can move in the axial direction and is connected with the device for transmitting axial vibration to it. The outer spindle is connected with the inner spindle through an arrangement that transmits rotation from the inner spindle to the outer spindle and allows the spindles to move freely in the axial direction one with respect to the other.
