FIELD: electrical power engineering, in particular, pickups entering into the components of the arc protection of high-voltage switches and complete distribution cabinets. ^ SUBSTANCE: the pickup provides for a high noise immunity of the system against outside actions, absence of power consumption in the expectation condition, convenience of assembly and operation. It is accomplished by the fact that a radiation photodiode is used as a photosensitive element, it has a spectral characteristic with a maximum in the ultraviolet range, operates with a maximum in the ultraviolet range, operates in the rectifier (generator) condition, without an external voltage source (at a zero power consumption of the pickup in the expectation condition). At an initiation of an arc the signal from the photodiode (electromotive force) is applied to a comparator controlling the PN junction in the gate condition (the "dry contact") type, coupled to the high-voltage equipment protective circuits. ^ EFFECT: enhanced noise immunity of the system. ^ 1 dwg |
