FIELD: agriculture. ^ SUBSTANCE: method includes forming of virusfree seedling stock and graft, planting seedling stock and graft nurseries, carrying out grafting, attendance and preparation of seedlings and their storing. Adaptation of material is done on isolated sand area. Grafting is done using sanitated stock and graft formed in vitro at place of shoots of mother plant. After grafting, girdling is carried out at base of stock shoot. Then mounting with sand and copious watering is done. ^ EFFECT: reduced cost of production of certified elite sanitated grafted vine planting stock. |
