A lens forming method of an LED(Light Emitting Diode) integrated with a lens and a lens forming device are provided to improve the quality of the LED by preventing bubbles in injecting resin and to reduce the amount of defective products generated due to bubble. The lens forming method of an LED integrated with a lens comprises the steps of: preparing a substrate(2) equipped with an LED chip(1); forming a lens forming space on the upper side of the LED chip by installing a lens forming cup(21) around the LED chip, wherein the lens forming cup has at least one injection port injecting lens forming resin and at least one discharge port exhausting the internal air in injecting the resin; and forming the lens by injecting the lens forming resin into the lens forming space through the injection port of the lens forming cup. The injection port and the discharge port of the lens forming cup are formed on the spots facing each other. Before the lens forming step, the substrate equipped with the LED chip is disposed with positioning the injection port of the lens forming cup lower than the discharge port.
