FIELD: medicine; medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device can be used for EHF therapy of organs and systems as well as for prophylactic treatment of wide range of illnesses. Millimeter-wave therapeutic device has medical selector provided with memory unit and connected with probe, information signal controlled oscillator, modulator and irradiator. One input of modulator is connected with output of medical selector; the other input is connected with output of information signal controlled oscillator made for formation of pulse sequences within infralow till ultrasonic frequency range. Output is connected with electrode, which is conjugated with working surface of radiator made in form of Gann diode and connected with output of information signal controlled oscillator. Device makes effect due to influence of frequency-wave analogs of medicinal preparations. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of medicinal influence; widened frequency range of modulation of EHF signal. ^ 1 dwg
