FIELD: medicine, pulmonology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for treatment of patients with chronic obstructive lung disease. Method involves every day non-bulaizer inhalation with atrovent for 10-15 min in the dose 20-25 drops of atrovent in 2-3 ml of physiological solution, 3 times per a day, with break for 5 h. In 0.5-1 h after the first inhalation in the morning turpentine bath with yellow solution at temperature 38-39°C for 12-15 min is received by course for 10-12 days and wherein the amount of yellow solution per 200 l of fresh water is increased by 5 ml in each next procedure - from 40 to 90 ml. Method provides the complex effect on reversible components of bronchial obstruction, pulmonary hemodynamics and humoral immunity based on selected regimen promoting to optimal tolerance of hydroprocedure resulting to decreasing progression of diffuse damage of bronchi, increasing remission period and reducing medicament loading on the patient body. ^ EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. ^ 2 ex
