A portable stirring member, a cup and a beverage container for producing ion water are provided to make alkali ion water at any place and at any time by installing a cathode plate and an anode plate thereon. On one side of the portable stirring member for producing ion water, a handle portion(102) is installed and on the other side of the portable stirring member for producing ion water, an immersion portion(104) that is immersed in a beverage is installed. A cathode plate(110) that is made of a metal having greater ionization tendency than a hydrogen is installed on one side of the immersion portion(104). On the other side of the immersion portion(104) adjacent to the cathode plate(110), an anode plate(120) made of a metal having smaller ionization tendency than a hydrogen is installed. On one side of the immersion portion(104), a cathode plate(120a) recess is formed, and on the other side of the immersion portion, an anode plate recess(110a) is formed. |
