Invention describes accessories of surgical instruments for surgery of venous blood vessels, particularly a central venous catheter. An intravenous end (10) of the outlet lumen (6) is about 5-7 mm longer than the intravenous end (19) of the inlet lumen (7). Both ends (intravenous (10) and outer (17)) of the outlet lumen (6) are open. The outlet lumen (6) and the inlet lumen (7) are connected by, e.g., through hole (9) which is made in at the end of the intravenous part (19) of the inlet lumen (7). The intravenous part (19) of the inlet lumen (7) via the hole (9) changes over to the distal end of the intravenous part of the outlet lumen (6). Additionally the third loose lumen (13) is placed inside the outlet lumen (6). This lumen has a closed intravenous end (14) and open outer end (15). The inner and outer walls of the third lumen (13) have two openings (18) and (20).
