FIELD: abrasive working processes and tools, possibly manufacture of end discs for effective rough, finish and decorative working of machine and instrument parts. ^ SUBSTANCE: abrasive disc includes metallic body having annular groove on its end. Changeable segments carrying working layers of abrasive material are arranged in annular groove of body with possibility of regulation of their mutual spacing and they are formed as portions of circular ring. On end surface of disc body and on peripheral surface of changeable segments there are marks for determining angular position of changeable segments. ^ EFFECT: improved design of disc, enlarged manufacturing possibilities at condition of small-batch and single production, lowered thermal stress values at working blanks of different materials. ^ 4 dwg |
