A verticality measurement construction of a retaining wall is provided to effectively maintain a road facility by performing a reinforcement work for a concrete retaining wall. In a verticality measurement construction of a retaining wall for a road, one side of a lengthwise direction of a buried nut is buried in a vertical wall side circular groove of a concrete retaining wall(12) and the other side of the lengthwise direction is protruded by forming a screw on an internal peripheral surface. A rectangular groove is formed on a base concrete. A receiving rod(30) is received at a rectangular groove of the base concrete(20) and a semi-groove rounding unit is formed on a center of a body of the receiving rod. A hinge hole horizontally penetrates a side rod. A finishing rod(60) is installed to read an angle indicating a scale of the side rod. A bolt rod(45) is fixed through a nut(47). And, a rectangular rubber material(50) is made of a rubber material and a semi-circle groove is formed to encompass the buried nut.
