A massaging instrument is provided to smoothly massage user's neck, shoulder portions, and arm using vibration unit. The massaging instrument includes a body(100) and an arm massage band(200). The body has a base frame(1) formed in a shape of wrapping a user's upper body and made of one selected from a group consisting of metallic, synthetic resin, and lumber plates, a foam cushion material attached or engaged to an inner side of the base frame and made of one selected from a group consisting of foam urethane, foam sponge, sponge, and soft synthetic resin, a vibration unit(3) having a vibrating plate equipped with plural massage bosses(31), and a neck massage portion(5) and shoulder massage portion(6) for performing a massage on user's neck and shoulder portions. |
