The invention relates to an adjusting member (3) for adjusting an angle of inclination between an adjustable supporting part (2) and a fixed supporting part (1) of a patient support system for e.g. radiotherapeutic purposes. The adjusting member comprises a first part and a second part in which the first part of the adjusting member is fixedly mounted on one of the supporting parts and the second part of the adjusting member is mounted movable along the other supporting part, in which the second part can be moved along said supporting part with the help of a wire (18) system and an adjusting member. |
