The fitting comprises an angled rail with a mounting flange extending around it. One or more holes in a part of the rail extending at an angle to the wall are used to secure the end of a pipe-inside-the-pipe in the wall. A curved splice piece or connection with a complimentary angle is secured to the pipe and rail so that the free end of the splice piece can be oriented at a horizontal or vertical angle. |
