FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves adding 1% dimethyl glyoxime and thiosemicarbaside solution in alcohol to sample in 25% sulfuric acid, boiling during 15 min and cooling. Protein-lipid suspension obtained in the reaction is separated by means of filtration. Colored transparent filtrate is subjected to calorimetric study at 530 nm. ^ EFFECT: high reliability of measurements. |
