A coating agent composition for anti-corrosion is provided to perform surface treatment of zinc alloy film with water-soluble non-chrome type and to show excellent coatability, anti-corrosion and heat-resistance. The coating agent composition for anti-corrosion comprises 40-50 wt% of alloy powder of zinc and aluminium; 33-38 wt% of deionized water and 10-15 wt% of glycols as solvents; 3-5 wt% of silanes, 0.6-0.8 wt% of triethanolaminetitanates and 0.4-0.7 wt% of aminocarboxylates as anti-corrosion auxiliaries; 0.2-0.3 wt% of ethyl silicates as a film forming agent; and 1.6-2.4 wt% of a dispersing agent, 0.3-0.5 wt% of a lubricating agent, 0.2-0.4 wt% of a thickener and 0.7-0.9 wt% of a pH control agent. |
