The invention concerns a bed (10) with spring interior mattress, which comprises a mattress (11), in which there is a border (11b) and a cover (11a) and inside which mattress (11) there are spring modules (M1, M2, ...) comprising springs (J1, J2, ...). The mattress (11) border (11b) is attached to a sheet (12), which forms the frame structure of the bed (10) with spring interior mattress, and that the sheet (12) comprises a reinforcement (13) jointed to it.
