An MP3 player protective cover fabrication method and an MP3 player protective cover by the method are provided to supply a protective cover made of an elastic material so as to effectively protect an MP3 player from external shock. A lower mold(10) where plural protruded parts(12) are disposed in vertical and horizontal directions is located on an upper side. Plural mold holes are disposed in vertical and horizontal directions, and other protruded parts are formed on inner walls of the molding holes, and then an intermediate mold equipped with runners is combined with an upper side of the lower mold(10). Molding blocks are inserted into the molding holes of the intermediate mold. Resin sheets are put on an upper side of the intermediate mold. An upper mold is equipped with plural protruded parts contacted with upper sides of the molding blocks in vertical and horizontal directions, and is equipped with supplementary protruded parts contacted with external upper ends of the runners. The upper mold is combined with the upper side of the intermediate mold. The lower mold(10) and the upper mold are pressed by a hot press to inject the resin sheets into mold cavities between the molds and the molding blocks so as to mold a shape of an MP3 player protective cover.
