A verticality measurement structure of a pier for a bridge is provided to previously prevent safety accidents due to failure of the bridge by periodically measuring verticality. In a verticality measurement structure(90) of a pier for a bridge(10), a circular hole is formed on a center of a top surface of a rectangular base stone(20) in a lengthwise direction. The base stone is formed by burying a buried nut into the circular hole. A circular hole is formed on a vertical rod(30) penetrating a rectangular hole at a center of a rectangular groove. A hinge hole is formed on a horizontal measurement rod horizontally penetrating through a U-shaped groove. The horizontal measurement rod is coupled to a rotation rod by a hinge piece by penetrating a pair of hinge holes. A coupling pin is installed by being inserted into the vertical rod of the circular hole and a rectangular hole of the horizontal measurement rod. And, a circular rubber rod is installed to maintain a circular shape by connecting a connection bolt to a pair of bolt holes.
