Disc shaped positioning or mounting parts (23), formed on an axial surface of the hub, are located between the flanges for fixing folded heads (321) of the additional spokes (32). Threaded ends (322) of the spokes (32) traversing the locking openings (24) are fixed to openings (41) of the rim by spoke nipples (50).
