A remaining capacity display device of a battery pack for a cellular phone is provided to quickly check the current remaining capacity by a configuration installed in the battery pack itself even without using a separate external remaining capacity display device or combining the battery pack separated from a portable electronic instrument with a separate charger. A battery's remaining capacity display(120) comprises as follows. At least one voltage sensor(121) senses a battery voltage in case that a switch(110) is on. At least one voltage comparator(122) outputs a predetermined electric signal if the voltage of the sensor(121) is higher than a reference voltage. At least one switch element(123) is on to apply power of a battery if a predetermined signal is inputted from the comparator(122). One luminous element(124) emits light of predetermined color by an on signal of the switch element(123). The one luminous element is a multicolored LED(Light Emitting Diode).
