The exchanger has a set of fins (6) which are plane and parallel to each other and placed between collecting boxes in an interposed manner with a bundle of tubes (4). Each fin comprises projections (20) in its reception openings (10). The projections are folded on the tubes when the tubes are received in the openings, in a manner to prevent movement between the tubes and the fins.
