An anisotropic conductive film having an antistatic layer is provided to smoothly eliminate static electricity generated while thermally pressing the film or feeding the film from a supply reel. The anisotropic conductive film(100) having an antistatic layer(122) is composed of an anisotropic conductive adhesion layer(110) including an insulating adhesive agent made of adhesive insulation materials and a plurality of conductive particles dispersed in the insulating adhesive agent and a release film(120) bonded on one surface of the anisotropic conductive adhesion layer and provided with the antistatic layer coated with an antistatic agent. The antistatic layers are formed on both sides of the release film. Adhesive layers(123,123') are formed on both sides of the release film to protect the antistatic layers.
