Provided is a method for manufacturing noodles and handmade cut noodles containing Salicornia herbacea L., whereby the noodles keep the efficiency of Salicornia herbacea L. intact, have good taste, and are good for health. The method for manufacturing noodles and handmade cut noodles containing Salicornia herbacea L. comprises the steps of: (1) mixing powder of Salicornia herbacea L. with wheat flour in a ratio of 1:9 to knead the mixture; (2) maturing the dough while keeping the dough refrigerated at 5-8‹C for 24 hours and; and (3) making noodles with various thickness by using the matured dough. |
